One of the essential features of our life is that it is associated with problems. The universe sends our way problems into our lives. It gives us a bright day or a dark night. It offers us a means of pleasure; It offers us a means of grief. It is natural. Why is this so? We won’t go to examine or search, why that is, rather it is more important to know how to face it. How to make it more tolerable, more stable, and even more enjoyable. Can we enjoy a dark night, a bad day, or an adverse situation? Yes, I think we can.
We have always emphasized the concept that the majestic part of this universe or our life is directly related to the metaphysical aspect and it is there within us. In fact, when an event of adversity comes your way, and you choose to react differently, as per your nature. You can curse this world, abuse it, remain calm, or learn from it. You show a gesture to accept it, bad or good, whatever it is! When you stay calm, then for sure, you’ll encounter many options that are related to your problem-solving aspects.
This means the universe is wisely suggesting the measures to come up with that problem, as well as making you more delighted and a person of wisdom. Unfortunately, most of us, get reactive, whether there are good or bad events. By showing happiness or sadness, all along! Going beyond them and listening to this universe, is certainly a wise step. What do you need? You need to make a conversation with your universe and communicate with it. You just need to stay calm. Get free from the reactive approach like happiness, sadness, and so on! Instead of reacting to it, you’ll get many solutions to overcome your bad day. When you do it, you’re beyond the cause-and-effect relationship, and one step towards spirituality. That is why we are here always to learn, communicate, and meditate.
The best meditation is when your mind is free from all thoughts! Although thoughts will exist, the difference is, that you don’t reach or invite a thought, but you’ve thoughts coming your way automatically, i.e., from this universe!
