Our body works like a factory, or like a machine. It works like a water filter. It’s simple, yet extremely complex at the same time. Why do these contradict? Simple as well as complex, simultaneously. We will see this opposite nature frequently here.
Now, how the body works?
In our physical world, the flow of a river is happening from uphill/mountain to the sea level. In other words, it flows from a height of apex to the bed level (sea level). Just the opposite happens in our bodies, where the energy flows from low to high, and into the opposite direction, too.
For example: When the water starts running from a mountain, a glacier or any other similar area, in general the water is clean and pure. As it moves ahead through a plateau / plain towards the sea, as its destination, the silt is deposited in it, thus making it muddy or full of silt.
On the contrary, when our energy on the body level grows up from a downward to an upward course, it gets purified gradually. Your navel, your heart cycle, your throat cycle, your forehead cycle, and finally the peak of our energy (the pineal gland) above, on top of the head. As, this act of yoga, or adding a zone, from lower to higher is performed, the final blissful state of a spiritual state, the yogis submerse themselves into the ocean of the universe. We usually call it a merger with God! No ego exists then! What happens? The identity of a river is lost then. Only the water remains. In the same way, the identity of a person is equally getting submerged in the cosmos.
We don’t know how a river gets to feel it, but by looking at its course, we can correlate the course of a person, and, a person is a living subject having and expressing feelings. One may feel infinite bliss when getting into this state of bliss!
Magic happens! You get everything when you lose yourself completely! You literally do not exist then. You exist, but with the feeling of the energy of the universe. Unexplainable! No words!
This is what I meant by the contradictory state. In a physical world, you’re happy to gain, to add, whatever you want, money, assets etc., but in a spiritual world, just the opposite happens.
In the case of King Janak, he existed with his power (more or less power) throughout his kingdom, but in his inner world, he couldn’t find himself, even ruling his mind! Alas! Our physical world is the opposite to our metaphysical world! Hence, in this way, our physical world is a kind of reflection, as the mirror shows our figure, but the opposite side of it. It acts complementary and supplementary to each other.
